Paul Arthur Scholing, beloved son of Marshall and Carol Scholing, passed away on June 10, 2009 in Flagstaff. He loved mixed martial arts, body building and his cats.

He is survived by his parents, his sister Patricia Ferris of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, her husband Mike and 4 nieces; his aunt and uncle Jan and Bill Murphy of Flagstaff; his aunt Nancy Pennekamp and her husband John of San Francisco; his aunt Barbara Nott and her husband Wes of Missoula, Montana; and cousins Ken Murphy, Doug and Valerie Murphy of Flagstaff; Julie and Scott Speights of Orangevale, California and Carl Weidman of Orangevale, California.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI – Flagstaff), PO Box 30673, Flagstaff, Arizona, 86003.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Private family services will be held.
