Phyllis Irene Bilharz, 90, of Williams, passed away October 13, 2010. Phyllis was born October 10, 1920 in Leominster, Massachusetts. Phyllis lived many places in the United States as a military wife. She enjoyed arts, crafts and panting. She enjoyed spending time with her grand children. She was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Phyllis is survived by her son Carl, seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Dwight and son Donald.
A memorial Service will be Sunday October 17th at Norvel Owens Mortuary at 11:00 am.
