Obituary

Quentin D. Biggins "Biggs" 75, passed away October 4, 2005. He was born in Hiteman, /Albia Iowa son of Quentin Biggins Sr. and Talitha Davison on March 29, 1930.



He attended elementary school in Hiteman, and high school in Albia, Iowa. He was in the USAF in Denver, Colorado. He was stationed in Tachichawa Japan for 2 years before being transferred to Rabid City, South Dakota prior to his discharge in 1954.



He was employed at the Maytag Company in Newton, Iowa, Where he met his wife Beverly Bach of Baxter, Iowa. They were married June 25, 1959.



He attended Phoenix College and many American Institute of Banking Courses. He was employed as a bank manager for Valley National Bank for 35 years, living in Phoenix, Buckeye, Globe, and Flagstaff.



He is survived by his caring, loving wife of 46 years; Beverly Bach Biggins, 2 daughters, Suzanne Walker, of Peoria, AZ and Nancy (Biggins) Esquivel of Awatukee, AZ, 2 grandsons, Randall Walker and Jake Esquivel, sister, Alice Julian , a sister-in-law Margaret Biggins, two nieces and one nephew.



Visitation will be held Friday evening October 7, 2005 form 6:00-8:00 at Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66. Funeral services will be 1:00 Saturday afternoon at Christ Church of Flagstaff, 3475 E. Soliere Ave. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Cave Creek at a later date.
