Ray J. Mooney, 82, of Flagstaff passed away at home July 16, 2013. He was born In Oklahoma City, June 20, 1931. Funeral Services will be 1pm, Friday, July 19th at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Ceres, California. Interment will conclude services at the Ceres Cemetery, Ceres, California. Local arrangements are by Norvel Owen Mortuary, arrangements in California are under the direction of Salas Brother Funeral Home in Modesto, CA.
