Richard C. Brooks Jr., age 34. a registered nurse at Flagstaff Medical Center, passed away August 19, 2008, at his home here in Flagstaff. He was born May 14, 1974. He grew up in Arrilington, Virginia.
He is survived by his parents, Richard C. & Catherine T. Brooks, Brother, James G. Brooks, Sister-in-law Laura Graves and grandmother Catherine J. Thomas.
A Memorial Services will be held Sunday, August 24, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. at the Flagstaff Church of the Nazarene, 3505 E. Soliere Ave.
Donation may be made to Flagstaff Church of the Nazarene in Memory of Richard.
