Richard John Polukort (K7RJP as known by the Northern Arizona emergency Ham Association) has passed away at the age of 69 on July 7, 2015, in Flagstaff, AZ. Richard was born March 23, 1946, in Nutley, NJ. Richard was the 4th child and 2nd son of John and Ann Polukort. He served honorably in the U.S Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for Nutley NJ School System, until moving to Flagstaff, AZ in 1999.

Richard John Polukort is proceeded in death by his father John Polukort and Mother Ann Polukort, as well as his sister Sharon Polukort and his brother John Polukort. Survived by his wife Sharon Polukort, stepson Dale Harryman, and his four grandchildren Sasha Harryman, Dale Jr. Harryman, Tyler Harryman, and Nathanial Harryman. As well as his sisters Janet Polukort in Cranford, NJ and Pat Swiderski in Hellertown, PA.
