Rita R Salazar's Obituary
Rita R. Salazar, age 90, passed away August 7, 2012 at her home with her loving family surrounding her. Rita was born October 20, 1920 in Newton, Kansas. She moved to Winslow in 1946. She met and married Frien Salazar. She enjoyed her family especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed taking care of her home.
Survivors include her husband, Frien Salazar, 2 daughters Lupe Salazar and Linda Avalos, 1 granddaughter which she raised, Raynette (Salazar) Montoya as well as many many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday August 12 from 6pm to 8pm at Norvel Owens Mortuary. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at Norvel Owens Mortuary.
