Robert Allen Cole, "Bob", 77 of St, Johns, AZ passed away November 26, 2007 at the Hospice Center in Pinetop. Bob was born in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Tempe at the age of 13. He graduated from Tempe High School in 1949 and attended ASU for one year. He joined the Game & Fish and in 1954 moved to St. Johns.
He met and married Dorothy Neal Cole in July of 1955 where he lived out the rest of his life.
Bob is survived by his wife Dorothy, 5 children, Robert of St. Peter, MN, Howard of Mesa, Clifford of St. Johns, Kathleen of Mesa, Kevin of Mesa, and 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 brothers, Ron Cole of Phx, and Bill Cole of Higley, 2 sisters Alyce Cole of Tempe, and Susan Rogers of Mesa.
Bob retired after many years from the L.D.S. Church and the Apache County as a master Gardner. The family also had a small ranch in New Mexico, this was his love. Bob was an outdoors man; he loved hunting, trapping, camping and Indian artifacts.
Bob was an active member of the L.D.S. Church where he held many positions of responsibility.
Visitation will be Saturday, from 9:30 till service time. Services at 11am in the downtown Chapel in St. Johns.
