Rosemary Louise (Cicco) Fockler
7/24/1930 – 08/15/2010

Rosemary Fockler, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully on August 15, 2010 after a long battle with kidney failure.
Rosemary was born in Lorain, Ohio where she graduated from Clearview High School. In 1948 she moved with her family to Venice, California where she attended Santa Monica City College.
While earning her AA degree in mathematics at Santa Monica CC, she was active in theatre where she co-starred in plays with the infamous James Dean. Rosemary was also active in the Pacific Palisades Playhouse where she met the love of her life, Harry. Rosemary and Harry wed in 1956 and were married for 53 years prior to Harry's passing in January, 2010.
Rosemary retired from Baxter Healthcare Corporation in 1986 after fifteen years as Customer Service Supervisor. She and Harry moved to Flagstaff, Arizona after retirement where she quickly became employed at St. Pius X Catholic Church as Office Manager. She worked at St. Pius for over ten years.
Rosemary was very active with her children as they were growing. She was PTO President, and a member of the Little League Board in Fountain Valley, California for many years. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports, and act in plays. Rosemary loved to read, and play bridge, and was known for her exquisite Italian cuisine. Most of all, Rosemary cared deeply for those she loved, and her greatest joy was time spent with loved ones.
Rosemary is survived by her children K.C., Kim Jordan, and John, and her grandchildren Sarah and Hollie (Jordan), Michelle and Matthew, Andrew and Alyssa. Her great-grandchildren are Brandon and Abigail (McDonald). Rosemary was also loved deeply by her daughters-in-law, Beth and Rebecca. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, and her parents, Jennie (Nickolette) and Sam Cicco.
Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 15th at 11 am at St. Pius Chapel, 2274 E. Cedar Ave., Flagstaff, AZ 86004. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 2724 E. Lakin Dr., Suite 9, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
Rosemary's infectious laughter, sense of humor, and loving heart will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rosemary is now the star in God's theatrical productions, with Harry directing the show.
