Rosetta "Roe" McGuire was born to Mr. L.C. and Mrs. Lottie Wallace in the State of Texas on February 8, 1943. She later moved to Flagstaff, AZ, and attended Flagstaff Junior High and Flagstaff High School. She met her late husband, John H. McGuire, fell in love and they married in January of 1965.

Rosetta was a faithful member of Springhill Missionary Baptist Church and served under Rev. Cemie Clayton. She was a member of the organization D.R.E.A.M. and also worked as a secretary for the Flagstaff Unified School District, Laura Kinsey.

Roe made her transition into Glory on July 2, 2017. She was proceeded in death by her husband, John McGuire, her father, L.C. Wallace, and her brother, C.L. Wallace. She leaves to mourn her mother, Lottie Wallace, daughter Karen V. McGuire, son Gregory L. McGuire, granddaughter Nykkoya T. McGuire, grandson Treyten J. McGuire and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2017 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Norvel Owens Mortuary. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 8, 2017 Trinity Heights at 11am, with interment to conclude services at Citizens Cemetery.
