Rusty Allen Riggins, 40, of Flagstaff, AZ was found deceased August 7, 2007. He was born September 3, 1966 on the U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo, Cuba.

He grew up in Lake Havasu City, where he lived most of his life. For the past 9 years he has lived in Flagstaff, spending a brief time in Oregon. He had recently started a moving company known as Expert Moving with his best friend and business partner Greg.

Rusty enjoyed throwing darts, playing horseshoes and watching Nascar races. He loved the outdoors spending time swimming, diving and boating. He also loved woodworking. He made a number of items for people throughout the years.

Rusty is survived by his mother, Judith Riggins, brother Randy Riggins, grandmother Eva Bailey in Oregon and many, many friends.

A celebration of his life will be held 7:00 Sunday evening August 19th at Mountain View Baptist Church, 2150 E. Linda Vista Dr.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Indian Bible College, 2918 N. Aris St., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
