Samantha Lynn Chester

Samantha Lynn Chester, 38, passed away on June 23, 2007 in Flagstaff, AZ. She was born in Carlsbad, NM on August 21, 1968 to Gary and Judy Chester.

Samantha moved to Flagstaff, AZ in 1985 from Texas. She graduated from Pine View Christian Academy in 1986 and married Scott Jones in 1990. She continued her education at CCC studying accounting.

Samantha enjoyed camping, craft work, scrap booking, baking, and most of all being with family. She was a member of the Lamb of God Bible Church where she was involved with children's ministry. She was a member of the Phi Delta Kappa.

Samantha is survived by her children, Tabatha Lynn Chester, Randy Jones, and Nakole Lynn Gardner; parents, Gary and Judy Chester; brothers, Lance (Susan) Chester and Shawn (Lisa) Chester; half brother, Derrick Carter; and fiancé, Shawn Gardner.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2007 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Norvel Owens Mortuary Chapel, 914 E. Route 66, Flagstaff, AZ. Services will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 10 a.m. at Lamb of God Bible Church, 2615 E. 7th Ave., Flagstaff, AZ. Burial will follow at Citizens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Samantha's name to the Children's Ministry of Lamb of God Bible Church.
