Sean O. Atkinson, 48, of Flagstaff, AZ, passed away on October 13, 2024. He was born on November 8th, 1975, in Flagstaff, AZ, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Sean will be remembered for his fun sense of humor, passion for family, and zest for life.

Beloved son, Sean is survived by a cherished mother, Polly Atkinson; his loving children, Alexus, and Luckas; mother and co-parent to his children, Elizabeth; and his precious grandson, Amias. Sean was preceded in death by his father, Dan Atkinson.

His professional life began from the tools provided by his own father; Sean went on to work with his father much of his career as a seasoned carpenter and eventually contractor. Outside of work, he cherished the simple joys in life-- playing with his grandson, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Sean will be missed by many. His legacy of friendship and love of life will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

A memorial service to celebrate Sean's life will be held on Friday, October 18th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Norvel Owens Mortuary, located at

914 E. Route 66, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. Following the service, a gravesite ceremony will take place at 12:00 PM at Citizen Cemetery, located at 1300 S San Francisco St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001.
