Sharryl
Jennings
Aug 27, 1964 — Feb 3, 2024
Sharryl Jennings born August 27, 1964, in Glendale, Arizona, passed from this earthly world February 3, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona. Her family moved to Flagstaff before her first birthday, and from then on Flagstaff was always home in her heart. She attended Flagstaff Public Schools and graduated from Coconino High School in 1982.
Sharryl's faith in God was essential to her and was unshakable no matter the circumstances.
Sharryl truly treasured her dear friends and was dedicated and steadfast in her loyalty, love, and support of them. Through her life she was continually a caretaker babysitting, working with persons who had special needs, animal sitting and caring for her parents. She always had a tender heart for the disadvantaged (Matthew 25:31-46). Sharryl was an extremely hard worker and often held multiple positions. She worked in a variety of businesses and was always interested in learning new things.
Her three nephews Marcos (Uzo) and William Aranda, and Garrett Wagner were the absolute lights of her life. Sharryl was never happier than when she was able to spend time with them.
Sharryl is survived by her mother Patricia Jennings of Flagstaff, sisters Shawna (Mark) Aranda of Monument, NM, and Stacie (Christopher) Wagner of Flagstaff. Sharryl was preceded in death by her feisty father Gary, her grandparents Oliver and Elva Jennings and Roy and Phebie McCoy. She was also predeceased by her beloved aunt and uncle Verna and Jack Bright.
Sharryl requested we celebrate her life, so please wear pink as a salute to her love, and join us at Norvel Owens Mortuary March 30, 2024, at 2 pm.
