In Loving Memory of Sierra Skye Jaxson January 7, 1991 – August 20, 2026

It is with profound sadness and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Sierra Skye Jaxson, age 35, of Flagstaff, Arizona. Born in Mission Hills, California, Sierra made her home in Flagstaff, where she built a beautiful life surrounded by the people she loved most. Sierra was a devoted wife, soulmate, mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, and friend. She shared a lifelong love with her husband, Ezekiel Jaxson, whom she met as a teenager. Their young love grew into a 20-year partnership filled with love, laughter, family, and countless memories. They were best friends, soulmates, and partners in every part of life.

Her greatest joy was being a mother to her four precious children: Avianna Lila Jaxson, Ezekiel Isom Octaviano Jaxson, Amadea Margaret Pamela Jaxson, and Emanuele Floyd Jaxson. Sierra was their comfort, protector, and the heart of their home. She taught them the importance of faith, education, kindness, patience, and above all, family. Sierra was known for always putting others before herself. She had a beautiful gift for making people feel loved and cared for. She was a true bookworm who loved reading, makeup, purses, bargain shopping, movies, camping, fishing, road trips, and sightseeing. She loved cheering her children on at their sporting events and was always proud to be there for them. She especially treasured quiet nights at home with Ezekiel and her children, watching their favorite shows and simply enjoying time together as a family. Sierra was a devoted daughter who loved her mother, Pamela Bowen, dearly. As the oldest sibling, she was a natural protector and remained deeply connected to her siblings, Anthony Bowen, Krystal Bowen, and Jesse Bowen, always cherishing the bond they shared as a family. Sierra was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Pamela Bowen, and her father-in-law, Floyd Jackson. She leaves behind her beloved husband, four beautiful children, siblings, extended family, and countless people whose lives were touched by her love and kindness. Sierra's greatest legacy is the love she gave so freely and the family she cherished above everything else. Her love will continue to live on through her children, her husband, her family, and the memories they will carry forever.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate and honor Sierra's beautiful life on Friday, September 4, 2026, at San Francisco de Asis Roman Catholic Church. The Rosary will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by Mass at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at 11:30 AM at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to join us for a memorial luncheon following the burial at approximately 12:30 PM.
