Steven Ray Scott

February 11, 1963 – February 27, 2019

The family of Steven Ray Scott sadly announces his unexpected passing during the early hours of February 27, 2019.  Born in Dallas Texas, he also lived in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Beaumont and Houston Texas before moving to Flagstaff AZ in July 1999.   Preceded in death by his mother, Jerry Ann O'Daniel Mills, he is survived by his Uncle, Larry O'Daniel, sister Paula Logie (Dave), nephews Daniel Travis (Megan), Paul Travis (Roxanne), great nieces and nephews, Cameron, Gabi, Izzy, Bekah, Garry, and PJ. The family would also like to recognize close family friend, Mrs. Rhonda Bowman, a generous, selfless woman who served first as Steven's supervisor, and subsequently his best friend and fiduciary for the last 15 years.

A private memorial will take place at a later date.  Condolences may be sent to Norvel Owens Mortuary in Flagstaff AZ.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Steven's name to The Guidance Center in Flagstaff Arizona or High Country Humane (formerly Second Chance Center for Pets), Flagstaff Arizona.
