Sylvia Jean Fredericks, 74, of Leupp, AZ passed away April 23, 2008 in Winslow, AZ. She was born December 9, 1933 in Leupp, AZ.

Sylvia loved children; they were a large part of her life. She was an educator for the Leupp School Inc, formerly known as Leupp Boarding School. She was a home economics teacher as she loved to sew, and enjoyed music. Her family brought her most joy and she loved being with them.

Mrs. Fredericks is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd Fredericks, of Leupp, daughter Denise Fredericks, son Lance Fredericks, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Reams.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 Saturday afternoon, April 26, 2008 at the First Indian Baptist Church, 811 W. Aspinwall in Winslow. Interment will follow at Desert View Cemetery.
