Thomas Melvin Lowther, 78, of Williams passed away April 14, 2009 at the Flagstaff Medical Center. He was born September 3, 1930 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Lowther is survived by his wife Marlene, Son Thomas Lowther, daughter, Donna Dorman, grandchildren Stacy Sullivan, Thomas Lowther, great-grandchildren Thomas and Benjamin Lowther and his sister Eileen Johnson. Thomas was preceded in death by his grandson Chris Dorman. Private services were held,
