Thomas Neal was a man defined by strength, dedication, and deep devotion to the people he loved. A tireless worker, he built not only a successful life as a building contractor—constructing hundreds of homes—but also a legacy grounded in commitment, resilience, and pride in a job well done. Among his greatest joys was building beautiful homes for his beloved wife, a reflection of the love and care he carried for her every day.

He was tough as nails, with a sharp tongue and a quick wit that could both catch you off guard and leave you laughing. He loved to tease and had a humor that was uniquely his own. Beneath that rough exterior, however, was a man of incredible generosity—someone who would give the shirt off his back without hesitation.

Above all, he was devoted to his family. He loved his children and grandchildren deeply and stood firmly behind them in every endeavor. Whether offering support, guidance, or even stepping in to rescue them when needed, he was a steady and unwavering presence in their lives.

He found joy in traveling, skiing, and spending time with those he loved most. His strength, humor, loyalty, and fierce love will be remembered always.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Kathryn, his children, Brad, Kourtney, Misty and their families, with 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, all of whom were the center of his world.

He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, deep love, and unforgettable character that will continue to live on through his family and all who knew him.

A celebration of his life will be 10 am, Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Christopher Creek Branch Building, 546 W Ashby Apple Dr, Payson, AZ 85541.
