Thomas Stephen Moyzes was born March 13th, 1965. Tom passed into the arms of our Lord on September 1st, 2013. Tom has spent his entire life doing the things he loved most: spending time with his family and friends, camping, fishing, hunting, and doing many of his creative projects for the house and garden. He was fortunate enough during the last years of his life to be able to do all of these things full time.

Tom is survived by his children Ryan Lee and Hannah Rose Moyzes, his sister Jennifer and his parents Larry and Carol Moyzes.

A service of remembrance will take place Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Chapel, 16 W. Cherry Ave., Flagstaff, Arizona.
