Van A. Neely
Van Arvon Neely, age 54, passed away on January 11, 2007 in Phoenix at Arizona Heart Hospital. He was born in Alexandria, Virginia on October 5, 1952, where he was raised. At the age of 19, he moved to California where he worked as a mason. In 1986, he moved to Phoenix and then to Flagstaff in 1995. In Flagstaff, he worked for Victor Labato as a mason.
He enjoyed playing the guitar. He had an outgoing sense of humor and he was kind to everyone.
Van is survived by his son, Wade Neely, and ex-wife Gali Dirocco.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on January 27, 2007 at Christ Church of Flagstaff, 3475 E. Soliere Ave.
Arrangements are under the direction of Norvel Owens Mortuary
