William Thomas Page, 30, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011.

The world was blessed when William Thomas Page was born December 31, 1980 in Flagstaff, AZ to parents, Lowell V. Page, Jr and Sallie Hayes Page. He joined older brother Peter Lowell "Pete" and sisters Tammye Lynn and Linda Beth.

Will grew up in Flagstaff enjoying all that this Mountain town offered, from snowboarding, hockey, swimming, soccer, baseball, taekwondo, basketball, and hunting. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 33 and spent many weekends on campouts in Northern Arizona, from the Grand Canyon to Lake Powell, and summer camps on Catalina Island, California. He attended Bout Scout National Jamboree at FT A.P. Hill. He earned the highest rank of Eagle Scout.

He thoroughly enjoyed attending school at Marshall Elementary, Flagstaff Middle School and Flagstaff High Scholl graduating with the class of 1999. During his high school days he was involved in wrestling, football, baseball, and volleyball. He was an All-Star trainer, and peer mediator. He loved performing, whether it was Glamor Guys, school fashion shows, as a drummer in the Jr. High band, or singing in the FHS Choir.

He traveled with his family to visit family and friends in Texas. Trips to Ohio including visits to cousins Hank, Katie, Elizabeth, and Karilyn. Other vacations to Niagara Falls, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Disneyland, Yellowstone National Park, and Canada found Will often wandering off to satisfy his curiosity and make new friends. His favorite family vacations were to Rocky Point, Mexico where the Pages traveled for 23 years, often taking along friends to introduce them to the marvels of sand and surf.

Will attended Arizona Sate University and Pima Community College where he earned a performance scholarship for the College Choir. He served as a civilian life guard at the Davis Monthan Air force Base. He returned to Flagstaff where he worked at the west-side Sizzler Restaurant for several years, but he loved the warmth and sun of the desert and ultimately made his home Mesa. There he met Leo Rayburn who helped him through some difficult times, and nicknamed "Hollywood", he became a member of a strong Fellowship with Leo's encouragement. He provided hospice care for Leo and discovered that health care was his calling. He became a Certified Care Giver and worked in a hospice care home providing support and compassion to patients and their families. He had plans to begin nursing school in the fall. Unfortunately, complications following surgery caused his death on February 27, 2011 and left that dream unfulfilled.

He met the love of his life, Jandi Lynn Kulaga, his "Sunshine", whom he loved unconditionally with all his heart. They became engaged in July 2009.

Will is survived by his parents, Sallie and Lowell, his Fiancé', Jandi, his brother Pete, his sister Tammye and her husband Steve Erb, nephews and niece Christopher, Sara and Haven Erb, his maternal grandmother LaMarr McColly Lame and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He leaves behind many close and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister Linda Beth Page, grandmother Sally B. Sparks Page, grandfather Russell Lame and grandfather Lowell V. "Judge" Page, Sr.

A visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8pm at the Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66. Will's services will be held at 10 am on Saturday March 5, 2011 at the LDS Church, 2401 E. Linda Vista Dr. in Flagstaff. Burial will be at Citizens Cemetery.
